How much will my repair cost?βΌ
On average most PC repairs are $100 plus parts. Custom PCs are $150 plus parts, and Macs are $150 plus parts. Laptop screens: $100 + parts (non-touch) or $150 + parts (touch). You'll always see the estimate before we start.
How long does my repair take?βΌ
Most repairs are completed within 7 days. Timing depends mostly on parts shipping and job complexity β the status tracker shows your estimated completion date.
How do I check my repair status?βΌ
Right here in the portal β enter the phone number you gave the shop in the tracker above and you'll see every repair, its status, shop notes, and photos. No account needed.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?βΌ
Diagnostics are free when attached to a repair. If all you need is a standalone diagnostic report, the fee is $100.
Is there a storage fee?βΌ
After your repair is completed and you've been alerted for pickup, storage is 25 cents per day. Computers not picked up within 1 month of completion are considered abandoned.
