How fast can you get to our practice if something breaks?

For Brooklyn practices, same day, and frequently within the hour depending on where you are and what else is on the board. That's the practical argument for hiring someone in the borough rather than a managed service provider dispatching from another state — when your imaging goes down with a full schedule, drive time is the whole story.

Do you only work in Brooklyn?

Accepted Answer

No — we install and support dental practices across all five boroughs, and Brooklyn is simply where we're based and where we're fastest. Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island are all normal for us. This page exists because Brooklyn build-outs have quirks worth writing about, not because we won't cross a bridge.

Can you look at a space before we sign the lease?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and this is the cheapest hour you'll spend. We'll tell you what the cabling will realistically cost in that specific building, what internet is actually available at that address, and whether the electrical will carry your equipment. Occasionally that conversation talks somebody out of a space, which is a much better outcome than finding out afterward.

What does a Brooklyn dental office network installation cost?

The same flat rates as anywhere else we work: $15,000 for up to three operatories, $25,000 for five, and $38,000 for eight or more — parts and labor included. Brooklyn's older building stock affects how long the cabling takes, not what we charge you, because we walk the space and price it before you sign anything.

Do you support existing Brooklyn practices, or only new construction?

Accepted Answer

Both. New build-outs go on the flat-rate packages. For a practice that's already open and dealing with a network that drags, we come look, tell you what's actually wrong, and quote just that work. Plenty of what we get called in for turns out to be one bad switch or an operatory that was never wired properly.
