Hardware included. The only thing you buy separately is your practice management software license, direct from the vendor.
Cat6 cabling, run and terminated
Every operatory, front desk, sterilization area, doctor's office, and server location. Labeled on both ends, patch panel and rack included.
Switching and business firewall
Managed gigabit PoE switch, business-class firewall, and separate VLANs so imaging, office workstations, and guest Wi-Fi never share a network.
Wi-Fi that reaches every room
Ceiling-mounted access points placed for real coverage — not one router at the front desk fighting through lead-lined walls.
Server and workstations
Practice server or NAS provisioned, plus a configured workstation at each operatory and the front desk, joined and locked down.
Practice management software
Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental installed, licensed, and connected — including migrating your data if you're coming from another system.
Imaging integration
Intraoral sensors, panoramic units, and intraoral cameras talking to your PMS and writing to the right patient chart.
Encrypted backup and recovery
Nightly encrypted backup with an offsite copy, plus a documented restore procedure we test with you before we hand over the keys.

Dental Office Computer Setup in New York City
Opening a dental practice in NYC means coordinating a contractor, an equipment rep, a landlord, and a lender — and the computer network is usually the last thing anyone plans and the first thing that holds up your opening day. Cable has to be in the walls before they close. Imaging has to talk to your practice management software before your first patient sits down. We've been doing this part for NYC practices for over twenty years, out of our shop in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
Why We Quote a Flat Rate
Hourly IT billing punishes you for the unknowns in your own build-out. You can't budget it, your lender can't underwrite it, and every surprise behind a wall becomes an invoice. We walk the space, count the drops, and give you one number: $15,000 for up to three operatories, $25,000 for a five-operatory practice, and $38,000 for eight or more chairs — parts and labor together. If you add an operatory mid-build, we requote that addition and nothing else.
Built for HIPAA From the Start
Patient records make your office a target — the FBI has issued credible warnings about attacks aimed specifically at dental practices, and the ADA has passed them along. Retrofitting security onto a network that was thrown together cheaply costs more than building it right the first time. Every install we do separates imaging traffic from office traffic, encrypts data at rest and in transit, gives every staff member a named account with audit logging, and backs up nightly to an offsite copy we test with you before handover.
We Work Around Your Contractor
The cheapest time to run cable is while the walls are open, so the earlier you bring us in the less you spend. We coordinate directly with your general contractor and equipment rep, schedule our rough-in around theirs, and come back for workstations and provisioning once the floors and cabinetry are done. If your walls are already closed we can still fish cable — it just takes longer, and we'll tell you that in the quote instead of discovering it on an invoice.
